We believe in promoting from within the company. Every one of our leaders has started from the ground and worked their way up at Argenta. We believe this helps with creating a sense of authenticity that carries through to every person on the team. Doug Mitchell was a Marketing Manager for a successful partnership group that originally started Argenta. The group had issues getting the new direct sales company into the black so they asked Doug to step in. After some success, they propositioned him with buying the company from them. Doug took the risk and hasn’t looked back since. Along with his amazing team he took the company from a few reps and 1 office to the full service, multi-million dollar back office network it is now.
His title doesn’t even begin to describe his position as the go-to-guy. Rudy is the rock in the organization. He not only keeps the books on point but handles operations as well. He’s perfectly suited for his role with a degree in Business Management and a humble attitude.
Shannon is one of the sharpest members of our personnel. She’s a steal at any rate and sets the standard for the support role of our sales division. We are honored to have her on the team and can’t wait to see the roles she progresses into.
Lynn was hired from the medical field with experience in administration and operations. While her position was very new to her, she learned and adapted quickly, outperforming her peers. She took her title with an inspiring attitude and has held the Administrative operations of DTV together ever since.
He is our newest member of the core team that support sales and staff. He’s got a blackbelt in video production and design and has catapulted our social media to BOSS level. We are excited to have a team member like Russell and can’t wait to see the brand he builds for the company.
She came on as an entry level order processor, and through dependability and quality work, has taken over our office. Annissa does a great job controlling the first impression of our company and office operations. She is also heavily involved in the support systems and customer service that give our back office its good name.
Call Center Supervisor
Steven started with us back in 2015 and was quickly noticed for his efficiency and follow through. He’s like a pitbull when fires need to be put out and does not stop until he’s at the solution. After being recognized month after month for his task completion and his constant perfecting of our back office systems, he was promoted to supervisor.
Kristian was a successful sales rep before he joined the ranks of our staff. We immediately put his superior sales skills to work by getting him into the role of retention. Kristian also sells commercial DIRECTV and Vivint to new and existing customers. He’s working on becoming the standard for our sales focused call center.
Elisia is Doug’s wife and his support system that enabled him to take the risk and put in the long hours it took to build Argenta, it is only fitting that she be the one to protect it with HR policy and systems. She does this part time and pro bono since she is invested in the company, she is also a teacher with her masters in curriculum.
Market Manager | Corpus Christi
Wayne is one of our original OGs as we like to call them. He joined the company 6 months after inception and has been a vital asset to our organization. From 100 to 1300 plus sales a month, he’s been there for the roller coaster ride, often conducting the ride itself. Argenta would not be Argenta without Wayne.
Market Manager | San Antonio
Valarie was always our posterchild for great sales reps to learn from while also being a inspiration to women within the company. In an industry dominated mostly by men, she broke every stereotype and did so with style. She has the ability to train and lead effective teams and at any given moment dominate the sales boards.
Porshia has been in the network over a year now. From the beginning, she quickly established herself as a top writer for the campaign. Now that she is venturing into a partnership, we are excited to see her reach her full potential.
Tell her she can’t do something and she will prove you wrong every time, luckily we haven’t ever done that! Christina’s team was growing fast when she decided to partner with Argenta so she could scale without stifling her growth. Our partnership is just one of the many irons this businesswoman has in the fire. We are looking forward to watching her and her team conquer the Mobile Market.
Another OG on our list, Oliver was part of the original dream team that was recruited to the company back in 2012. He quickly owned the leaderboards and moved into management. Oliver has since dabbled in many different products and mediums which has made him deadly in Direct Sales. He’s a new partner but a familiar face.
